A sweet, gentle, calming, soothing balm for our hearts.  When we have been hurt, or are going through a tough time, we feel raw and tender and our hearts may close.  Autumn Crocus wraps safe and loving arms around us, invites ut to be held and supported.  This is like having your forehead gently stroked, or being wrapped up in a big warm duvet and feeling safe and held.  Autumn Crocus encourages us to let go of the pain and to be willing to open our hearts and receive love again.
