The Essence will encourage you to feel strong, courageous and in your power.  To stand firm, to access your positive Yang energy and be assertive when called for.  This is warrior energy.  It's not to be messed with.  Iron brings fortitude and would be helpful when you feel weak, or small and mouse-like, when you're scared or need courage to face your tyrant.  This is also an Essence for project building with resolve, with steely determination and direction.  Expansion and empire building.  Good, strong, grounded Yang energy - gets things done with drive, discipline and commitment.
