The energy of the desert is profound and magnificent.  In the desert I can be still.  I can listen.  I can sit with myself and with my spirit.  I can sit with Spirit.  When I feel lost in my life, empty, alone and unsupported The Desert Essence helps me reach inside to realise that my needs can indeed be met.  I have resources deep within, which are available whenever I want or need them.  Drinking from this deep well of spiritual support and guidance I am able to reconnect with the meaning and direction of my life.

My spiritual needs are met.  I trust in life and in the abundance of life.  I am blessed.  I have enough.  I am enough.
